Cancellation & Refunds policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fair use of time and resources, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to the full session fee.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at Lesley's discretion.

Refunds

• Refunds are not available for completed counselling or hypnotherapy sessions, as professional time and services have already been provided.

• If a session is prepaid and cancelled with proper notice, it may be refunded or credited toward a future appointment.

• For workshops or special offerings, refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of registration.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. This is to respect the time of all clients.
